In 2025, the European Board of Urology (EBU) announced that FEBU diplomas would now be valid for five years. To maintain certification, urologists must engage in Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD). A minimum of 200 credits must be earned within each five-year cycle.
To support this, the EU-ACME MyCME platform became the official tool for tracking CME/CPD activities. FEBU holders are required to maintain an up-to-date portfolio through MyCME, logging all relevant educational activities.
