How to collect CME Credits?

In order to obtain the CME credits, the meeting must be accredited by the (inter)national accreditation authority.
Organiser of accredited CME activity is obliged to issue a certificate of attendance with information on accreditation – the name of an accreditation body, total number of granted credits. These certificates can then be presented to the demanding authority.

Therefore before attending the meeting participants should check whether an activity is accredited by advising the website of the meeting, a program book, contact their national society, or visit the CME Event Calendar.

Each medical professional should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
