How to find an event you participated in?

Please try to search for the event you have been participated in first. The majority of activities are already in our database.

The best is to search by:

  • dates (start and end),
  • country and city
  • part of a title of an event.

Please check the title of your event on the certificate – in most cases, this is the title existing in our database.

Please check names of societies, e.g.:

  • it is European Society for Paediatric Urology and not European Society for Pediatric Urology;
  • it is Journal of Pediatric Urology and not Journal of Paediatric Urology.

Please note that the order numbering in English is 5th and not 5 th or 5’th.

Fill in as much a spossible of the search options to filter down the search results.

Check the search results and click on the SELECT button next to your event.

Only when you are not able to find your event – click on ADD NEW EVENT button. How to add new event? Check next hint.

How to add a new event, e.g. congress, conference, workshop, online course?

You have been searching in our database for the event you have been participated in without results.

The event you have participated in do not show in the search results.

In such case you will be required to register this event first, before adding activity to it.

  • Please click on the button ADD NEW EVENT.

  • To register new event please fill in all required fields (marked with *).

Please enter the Event name/title in English. You may enter the name in your orginal language in the filed below.

If your meeting was accredited and you know by which institution, please fill in this information as well.

You may add a latest version of the event programme.

After all required fileds are completed please click Next step: Activity details to add your activity.

How to register my participation in an event/online learning?

The event you have been participated in already exists in our database or you have added a new event – great

You may now add your activity – participation in an event/online learning.

  • The new step Activity Details will open.

Next to Activity type click on dropdown arrow and select Participation in an event/e-learning course

The subpanel will open, where you will be able to select the days you have participated in.

The monet you you click on YES next to the date, the field with hours will be active.

You will be able to enter the number of hours you have actually spend in this day.

Click on NEXT STEP: DOCUMENTS, to add a documental proof.

To add a documental proof either click in the space with the text Drop file here to upload, or drop file there.

Please check which documental proofs are eligible.

Note that you are able to add more documents and or remove the one uploaded by mistake.

Please make sure that file upload is completed!

The EU-ACME office will not proceed with your request without valid documetal proof.

To finelize your request, please click on NEXT STEP: DONE.

You will be routed to the final step. Here you will find an overview of your request.

At the bottom you will find 2 buttons:

ADD NEW EVENT – if you participated in another event and would like to add an activity to it – click this button.

ADD ANOTHER ACTIVITY – if you would like to register another acitivty under the same event, e.g. you have just registered your participation, but you gave a presentation during this event as well – click on this button to register this new activitiy.

How to register multiple activities under the same event?

You have been participating in the event, gaving presentation, chairing a session, etc. and you would like to add these all activities to your account.

You will have to first search for this event and register e.g. your participation.

After finalizing your request, on the final step, you will find an overview of your request.

At the bottom you will find 2 buttons:

ADD NEW EVENT – if you participated in another event and would like to add an activity to it – click this button.

ADD ANOTHER ACTIVITY – if you would like to register another acitivty under the same event, e.g. you have just registered your participation, but you gave a presentation during this event as well – click on this button to register this new activitiy.

How to check status of my request(s)?

You have submitted your request and would like to check the status of it.

Click on Register your CME/CPD activity.

In Check status of your request click on the button REFRESH OVERVIEW.

The list of recently registered activities will appear.

The one with the status NOT VALIDATED are waiting to be validated/checked.

The one with the status VALIDATED are already checked/validated and will be present on your Credit Registry Report.

How to generate and print my Credit Registry Report (CRR)?

As the EU-ACME member you have access to your online CME/CPD portfolio, with registered activities you have particpated in.

Please go to the EU-ACME website and click on the SIGN IN button.

Please enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD and click on the LOGIN button.

Next click in the menu on CREDIT REGISTRY REPORT

On the CREDIT REGISTRY REPORT page, you may see the overview of collected credits per year and activities registered and validated in the current year.

To view activities from previous years, please adjust the EVENT START DATE and/or EVENT END DATE and click on the REFRESH OVERVIEW button.

The view will contain registered and validated activities from the selected period. Please click on the button SAVE AS DOWNLOADABLE REPORT.

If you think any activity is missing, you may register it by clicking on the button REGISTER CME/CPD ACTIVITY.

What is a difference between ADD NEW EVENT and ADD ANOTHER ACTIVITY?

ADD ANOTHER ACTIVITY – if you would like to register another activity under the same event, e.g. you have just registered your participation, but you gave a presentation during this event as well – click on this button to register this new activity.

What is a difference between EVENT and ACTIVITY?

EVENT – examples of an event, e.g. congress, workshop, course, online course, scientific journal

ACTIVITY – examples of an activity: participation in an event (course, congress, online course, etc.), giving a presentation during an event, presenting a poster during an event, being an author of a scientific publication, being a member of a scientific committee, etc.

Please note that the credits are given by a subject matter. Therefore it is important to enter each presentation, poster, article title separately.

Which documental proofs should I submit to obtain credits for participation in a congress, a workshop, an online course, etc.?

Eligible documental proofs:

  • if you participated in a live educational event/e-learning, e.g. conference, congress, meeting, course, etc. – you should receive a certificate of attendance.
    If the meeting is accredited it should be clearly stated on the certificate by which institution, with the total of granted credit.
    Therefore, if you wish to have CME credits added to your account, please check a certificate of attendance.
    The CME provider/organiser of the accredited event is obliged to issue a certificate with the information mentioned above.

Please note that a copy of a badge or a registration confirmation is not an eligible document to obtain CME credits.

Which documental proofs should I submit to obtain credits for e.g. publishing of a scientific publication, giving a presentation, etc.?

Eligible documental proofs:

  • if you wish to have credits added to your account for a scientific publication/presentation, being a member of a committee, etc., please send a documental proof e.g.
    • a certificate,
    • a copy of an article,
    • a copy of a programme, with clearly visible title and authors of the presentation/scientific publication/your membership.

What do I need to register an activity?

During the registration process, you will be asked to upload a documental proof.

Therefore, before you start registering your activity, please make sure you scanned or took a picture of your documental proof!

TIPS:

  • Make sure there is sufficient light (no flash);
  • Place your documnet flat on a flat surface;
  • Create 1 full-frame image per docuemnt: .jp (e) g, .gif, .png, .bmp, .tif (f), .doc (x) or .pdf;
  • Allowed file size per document: maximum 5 MB.
